Back in 2011 we needed a system to help support our customers. We looked at a range of other solutions but either found them to be lacking in features or prohibitively expensive for our small business needs. In light of this, we decided to build our own platform and Sirportly was born.
Sirportly is developed & supported by aTech Media - a leading UK-based software development company with a huge wealth of experience developing web-based applications. aTech Media has been in business for over 10 years and, with a highly skilled & motivated team, is well positioned to ensure Sirportly continues to grow day after day.
aTech Media own & operate all our own high specification hardware from our datacentre in North London. This ensures that we maintain complete control of your data at all times. All data is backed up to our redundancy site in Berkshire, UK.
Sirportly (pronounced sir-portly) was originally named to sound to like “Support-ly” but with a twist. Historically there has been a character associated with the name but this was phased out in 2014.
